Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)

Measure employee satisfaction and likelihood to recommend your company

Overview

Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) adapts the NPS methodology to measure employee satisfaction and engagement. It asks employees how likely they are to recommend your company as a place to work.

eNPS uses the same 0-10 scale as traditional NPS, categorizing employees into Promoters, Passives, and Detractors. A high eNPS indicates strong employee engagement and satisfaction, which correlates with lower turnover and higher productivity.
